Welcome to Wonderfully Wired Co.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wonderfully Wired Co. Wonderfully Wired Co. operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the conditions that apply when you visit our website, use our Services or purchase products from Wonderfully Wired Co.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian laws.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website and Services only for lawful purposes.
When providing information to us, including when placing an order, you agree to provide information that is current, complete and accurate.
If you create or use an account with our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and for activity occurring through your account.
You must not use our website or Services in a way that interferes with the operation or security of the website or infringes the rights of Wonderfully Wired Co. or any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors. Product mock-ups and photographs are provided to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations in colour, design placement or appearance may occur.
Design size and placement may also vary slightly depending on garment size and the nature of the printing process.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, product availability, colours, sizes and other product information where reasonably necessary.
We may discontinue a product or particular product variation at any time.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
SECTION 3 – MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Wonderfully Wired Co. products are made to order.
This means that production generally begins after an order has been placed rather than products being supplied from pre-made stock.
Please carefully check your chosen product, colour, size, quantity, delivery information and other order details before completing your purchase.
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect colour selection.
This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order with Wonderfully Wired Co., you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Payment must be successfully processed before your order can proceed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product or variation is unavailable;
• incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
• payment cannot be processed;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received within this period. However, because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once production has commenced.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or website errors as permitted by law.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where applicable, taxes will be handled in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
You must be authorised to use the payment method provided for your order.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
As our products are made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Delivery timeframes provided by Wonderfully Wired Co. are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather events and other disruptions.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
If you become aware of an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If a product has a problem that is not major, we may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law exist independently of our store policies.
Our products are made to order, therefore Wonderfully Wired Co. does not generally provide returns, refunds or exchanges where you simply change your mind, select the wrong size or select the wrong colour.
This change-of-mind policy does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery where possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs so that we can investigate promptly.
The 7-day notification request does not remove or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content created and owned by Wonderfully Wired Co. and displayed through our Services, including our original branding, logos, written content, original designs, graphics, photographs and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Wonderfully Wired Co. and is protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual-property laws.
You may access our website for your personal and non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, republish or commercially exploit content owned by Wonderfully Wired Co. without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Any third-party names, trademarks, logos, artwork or other intellectual property appearing through our Services remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Wonderfully Wired Co., Shopify or any third party.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.
While we take reasonable care when selecting services used in connection with our store, we are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, privacy practices or operation of third-party websites that are outside our control.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Wonderfully Wired Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Wonderfully Wired Co.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used by Wonderfully Wired Co. but is not the seller of the products purchased from our store.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages or liabilities arising from products purchased directly from Wonderfully Wired Co.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SECTION 12 – PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, therefore certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers that assist us in operating our store.
Some service providers may process information outside Australia.

SECTION 13 – REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, comment, suggestion, photograph or other content to Wonderfully Wired Co., you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, malicious or that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
Where you voluntarily submit content to us for publication or promotional purposes, you grant Wonderfully Wired Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes for which it was submitted, including promoting our products and Services, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to remove content from our website where we reasonably consider it inappropriate, unlawful or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 14 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability or other information.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct genuine errors or inaccuracies and update information.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where reasonably necessary and deal with the order in accordance with applicable Australian law.
Nothing in this section permits Wonderfully Wired Co. to avoid obligations arising under the Australian Consumer Law.

You must not use our website or Services:

We may restrict or terminate access to our Services where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.

We may restrict automated systems, bots, scraping tools or artificial-intelligence agents from accessing or interacting with our Services where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers, intellectual property, security or business operations.

We aim to keep our website and Services available and operating properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website functionality where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section affects your rights in relation to products you have purchased or any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 18 – LIABILITY AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy provided by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, Wonderfully Wired Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, this limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as excluding liability or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 19 – INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Wonderfully Wired Co. against reasonable losses, liabilities, costs or claims arising directly from your unlawful use of our Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's legal rights.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent that any loss was caused or contributed to by Wonderfully Wired Co., nor does it exclude any rights or protections available to you under Australian law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services where reasonably necessary, including where you materially breach these Terms, misuse our Services, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or threaten the security or operation of our website.
Termination of access to our website does not affect rights or obligations relating to orders already placed, unless otherwise permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law regarding jurisdiction, disputes relating to these Terms may be dealt with by the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in New South Wales.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 25 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable laws.
The current version of these Terms will be available on our website.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase or under applicable law.
