Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. As our products are made to order, once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or colour selection.
Please review the product information and our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery.

This information allows us to investigate the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
We aim to provide you with an update within 2 business days of receiving all required information.
Please do not return an item unless we have provided you with instructions to do so.
Colours, Printing & Product Appearance
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished product due to monitor settings, lighting and the printing process.
Mock-up images are provided for display purposes. Design size and placement may appear slightly different when worn depending on garment size and body shape.
Minor variations that occur naturally as part of the printing process may not be considered a product fault.
